HI,
I want to model a two phase flow of a fluid contained in the annulus region of a concentric cylindrical geometry in FLUENT 6. Can you please provide me with a tutorial or please guide me through the steps. I'll be highly obliged. Thank you. |

I am actually trying to simulate liquid-solid phase (sand particles in water) in a cylindrical couette flow geometry (mixture in the annulus and only inner cylinder rotating).
I am using FLuent 6.3.26 Is there tutorial which can be of my help or please guide me how can i get the liquid-solid phase mixture in FLUENT 6.3. I am using Gambit for making the 3D concentric cylinder geometry. Should I give both SOLID and FLUID domain for the annular volume (in gambit)? |

I have done that.
1- It's better to start your simulation with a simple 2D geometry. 2- You can use eulerian multiphase granular flow. |

Hello msaeedsadeghi, could you give me few inputs on this setup? I'm trying to do that using twoPhaseEulerFoam. Eagerly waiting for your reply. |
