UDF function for total energy

Hi everyone,
I am trying to write a UDF function that describes the relation between energy of outlet1 and inlet2 as shown in the picture below. However, I do not know how can I transfer data between two boundaries, could someone help me to do that. I thank you very much in advance. |

how can use the cell temperature of each cell from zone 1 in zone 2 with UDF?
There, it is shown how to "transfer" a quantity.
