Default Udf for velocity/ flow rate?

I want to flow water at V=0.01 m/s if t< 2 sec. and v=0 if t>2 sec
kindly help me. i am new in fluent. how to write udf for this one.

You should have posted this question in the Fluent UDF and Scheme Programming forum and then you would have seen the latest thread there is on this topic...
