I am aeronautical engineering student, and I have graduate project named
Flexible wing .
And is a flexible wing featuring movement of the upper surface flutter .. Means the upper surface moves up and down (the top surface shown in green in the below pic), and this process improvement aerodynamics properties of the wing ...

Now I want a way in fluent program so make this a moving surface ( with its characteristics ) in fluent by usng UDF then to take readings required ..
the model is 2D ,,

i hope one of you will help me and explain to me how moving the upper surface .

Read the tutorial Using a UDF to Control the Dynamic Mesh of a
Flexible Oscillating Membrane
. It might help. The UDF is at the end of the pdf.

If you can find I can mail it to you.

Fluent has several guides.
One of them may help you, Fluent UDF guide. There you can find examples of moving mesh.
I wish this could help you
