Hello everyone,
I saw that condensation/evaporation model (Lee model) is based on saturation temperature; i was wondering if is it possible to simulate a condensation fenomena due to pressure change. Can someone have already tryed this? Thanks |

As the saturation temperature is dependent for the pressue it should work also in your case if you define a saturation temperature which is not constant.

Thanks for the question. I also have a related question.
I have used evaporation-condensation mechanism (via mixture multi-phase model) and it worked very good for both condensation and evaporation in two separate problems. But, I want to simulate a process in which water will be vaporized in a box and then the vapor goes to another cavity to be condensed. All things go well with evaporation, but the condensation will not happen in spite of the fact that the temperature of the vapor will drop to 280 K !!! I would be grateful if anyone could help me with this problem ? Last edited by Pacific; June 19, 2019 at 03:34. |
