May I know how to read this this volume error (%lost) graph? What is the different between blue and red line?

If you look at your legend/style tab to the right, the red line typically represents convective volume error, and the blue line represents interblock boundary volume error. Both of these are percentages of the lost volume.

In the graph (blue coloured), the y-axis shows decreasing in value (positive to negative). May I know what does it really means by the positive and negative value of the error?
