increase the roughness value in the wall bc panel so that at a solid boundary, the fluid will have zero velocity relative to the boundary

Hi
Thanks for your reply. To do that, I think I will need a solid component. But I just have a mesh block with a wall BC. Is it possible to use roughness for a wall BC?

Yes I think you'll need to create a primitive solid and define the roughness in the surface properties
