hi everybody
i want to calculate the cavitation index (sigma) in a chute. should i use 'cavitaion' section in physics? if yes, so which part shoul i use between 'cavitation model' & 'cavitaion potential model'? and what is the amount of cavitation pressure? |

I tested both two ways, and the results did not differ

i did without the cavitation model. In a low level outlet modeling i used the Absolute pressure values and velocity obtained by Flow-3d and applied the formula
Pabs - Pvap / 0.5*density*v^2 |
