Hello
I'm trying to model a momentum source but i get confused.
First: i dont know the relation between mass momentum source settings and mass source part that exists in component properties. Should i define the same both of them?
Second: i define every parameter in mass momentum source and mass source(component properties setting) according to the flow rate but the modeled momentum source is not working true visually and the velocity is very low when fluid is emerging.
Please guide me
Thanks for ur attention

hi smy, unfortunately I have the same problem, i define flow rate in mass momentum source, my velocity simulated is difference with the experimental model,
the difference is about 0.10, i have many tried for solve it, but unfortunately i did not succeed, i dont know where is the problem?

If anyone has experience, please guide us. thanks

Mass-sources and mass-momentum sources are two different objects. Mass sources are related to a geometry component, where the mass-momentum sources are special objects that are defined separately.

Make sure that these are well resolved by the mesh. If you only have a few cells resolving them, then it might cause an error in flow rates. It will also cause an error when visually displaying in the 3D tab.
