Hi all,
I have recently started using hexpress(V6.2) and it is very nice software. The model that I am trying to Mesh has a number of faces who In Hexpress I have grouped together so that they represent my model. If I now export My Hexpress mesh to OpenFOAM it doesn't take this grouping into account and therefore I get a large number of faces in OpenFOAM. I was wondering if there is a way for hexpress to take the grouping into account, or does anybody know if an efficient method to redo the grouping in OpenFoam? Cheers, Hilbert |

Dear Hilbert,
Maintain of group structure exporting to OpenFoam format is now implemented in Hexpress (but also in Hexpress/Hybrid) 7.1. So you just need to wait the official release. Regards Balti |
