Ensight clipping plane

I am pretty new here but I am having an issue with a clipping plane which only shows the outside barrier as seen below.

here are my current settings

I really need a cross section am I doing something wrong?

Hi Fried,

There are two possibilities:

1. you are selecting the wrong part when creating the clip. In order to get a section of the Fluid, you need to have selected the fluid domain when creating the clip. In CONVERGE, the fluid domain is usually part #2, called CONVERGE Cell Data. Make sure this is the part that you have selected in the part list (top-left), when you click on the "create" button of the clip editor

2. The clip has been created correctly, but it is only showing the borders. Select the clip part in the part list, then click on the Part element settings icon (top-right, the icon that looks like a blue/green cube). Make sure this is set to 3D *, 2D full (any of the first three options). If this is set to Border or Feature angle, it will show only the border of the part.

Yes the problem was that I was selecting both the cell data and the outer wall by mistake. Thank you for your help and time!
