If my imported solidpart file is in mm units, and when it is imported in CONVERGE STUDIO it is in meters, e.g 100mm bore in solidworks is 100m bore in CONVERGE STUDIO. How to solve this problem ?

There are two ways to resolve this,
1) When you import the geometry in CONVERGE studio, choose the option scale from "mm to m"

2) You can also scale the complete geometry by a factor of 0.001 under,
Transform -> Scale -> Choose entire surface and an appropriate scaling factor.

Thanks,
Nitesh

If you would like to use the automated piston motion, then ensure that the piston is aligned to the z-axis.

The location of the head does not matter, just ensure that you have given the corresponding location value in engine.in file.

Thanks,
