Hi all,
I tried to launch a URANS simulation with a k-omega (2006) turbulent model starting from a previous simulation where I set a standard k-epsilon turbulent model. The problem is that when I launch this simulation, the software seems do not accept this change: ERROR: previously you ran with turbulence model but you are running without turbulence model This is what appear to me when I try to change turbulent model. My question is: I have to necessarily launch a new run or maybe is there a way to resolve this problem?? Thank you for your time |

Instead of a restart you could try a Map file.
If you dont have a map file from the previous simulation, here is the way how to create one: run the restart simulation with the same Turbulence model for just a small duration. Then take the map file for initializaion with the different Turbulence model. |
