Hi,I encountered some problem in Converge version2.3
It is about the wallMotionType just like the pictures in attachments

I have measured the normal direction of boundary 1 and boundary 3.
But they are in the same direction (0,0,1).
How to solve it?
Best regards,

HASAVI

Hi,

the message ist just saying that the Liner (boundary2) is not perpendicular to the Piston (boundary1). Propably its just a minor difference (angle = 89.9xx° instead of 90°), however this can lead to problems if the piston moves to TDC and the liner cells are "squezed" and then this angle can change.

Try deleating the liner boundary and recreate it with Create -> Triangle -> Loft directionally:
select both sets of open edge and define the 0/0/1 Align vector.

Try to re-create the liner to see if it helps.
