Hi every one
What is this error in comsol?
Undefined value found.
- Detail: Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.
There are 48 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ne.
at coordinates: (1.56021e-007,4.79387e-006,1.30125e-006), (2.91718e-007,4.94167e-006,1.09838e-006), (1.55277e-007,4.7947e-006,1.29814e-006), (2.54713e-009,4.71176e-006,1.30125e-006), (6.29164e-009,4.67053e-006,1.30125e-006), ...
There are 65 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ph.
at coordinates: (2.9814e-007,4.99344e-006,1.30125e-006), (2.9814e-007,4.99309e-006,1.29805e-006), (3.0125e-007,4.99376e-006,1.29805e-006), (2.36244e-007,4.93837e-006,1.30118e-006), (2.35618e-007,4.93646e-006,1.29837e-006), ...

I used semiconductor module and stationary study.

I am trying to model a solar cell in COMSOL and facing the same problem. If you have somehow solved it, could you help me please?
