Hello.
ANSYS CFX. Does anyone know how to output RMS residual values from the solver to the output parameters? Like, for example, efficiency or pressure drop of a stage. I found how to return the value of the maximum residual, but I can`t find the root mean square (RMS residual). Maybe who knows? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Dqu...ew?usp=sharing Last edited by redneck pony; March 18, 2022 at 08:53. |

Define a CEL expression something like rmsAve(u.residual)@domain, and use that expression as a monitor point and make the monitor point an output parameter.
You might need to select the option to add the residuals to the results file to get access to this.
