Hello, I'm trying to find where is wmles model in CFX.
There are LES WALE, LES Smagorinsky and LES Dynamic Model, but there is no WMLES in the turbulence option. The < ANSYS CFX Reference Guide> does say that WMLES is available in CFX but there is no description in <CFX-Pre User's Guide>. Hope anyone can help. Thanks in advance. |

What do you understand for WMLES? Wall Modeled LES?
ANSYS CFX uses a wall function treatment for LES, perhaps WMLES is implied and not a specific option. You may want to check with ANSYS CFX support.

This is what I have read as well. It is more or less the default.
