I'm trying to use ANSYS CFX to solve a fluid-solid heat transfer problem. I followed the following online tutorial guide step-by-step (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xNXlp344SA). When I run the solver, the results seem to be converging, but eventually, after CFX writes the transient file 4_full.trn, the solver ends and I get the following error message:

Code:
ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction.
  Message:
iif_set_lock: file zFas3A4b is currently locked for writing, and
cannot be locked for read access. Either another program is using
this file, or the lock file zFas3A4b.lck is bad.
I am new to ANSYS CFX and would love to hear some suggestion on what are the likely causes to such an error. I have already googled around and didn't see much info on such an error. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

P.S. I have added the solver output file as an attachment.

This is a very unusual error, so something weird must be happening on your system. Check you have not run out of disk space, check that things like virus checkers are not crippling your system (even better, turn the virus checker off when doing simulations), don't write output files to network drives (write them to the local machine) and things like that. The problem is CFX is not getting reliable access to the hard drive, so look into anything which might compromise that.
