Nu and temperature distributions around a sphere

Hi,

I'd like to display the Nu and temperature distributions around a sphere. How can I do this? I want to make a chart and not a contour plot, the x axis would be the angle from 0 to 360 degrees and the y axis would be the temperature and Nu.

Create a plane
Create a polyline by intersecting the plane with the sphere's boundary
Plot on the polyne Variable vs Theta measured respect some axis you define (check for axis definition for CFD-Post)
