I just want to simulate falling rain with a 2mm droplet size and the ability to vary the volumetric flow rate of the rain into the domain. It didnt seem difficult with dispersed fluid method but Im not getting natural results. Anybody can help?

Are you doing this with a Lagrangian or Eularian model? Why?

What results are you getting?

Was Using a Eularian model with dispersed fluid. Trying to model an Air Curtain roof. I have since moved to using the Particle Transport Fluid method (Langrangian). It seems to be working, now my main concern is momentum transfer (drag force) from air jet into water particles. I dont know which model works best.

What is an air curtain roof?

The choice between Lagrangian and Eularian particle tracking methods should not be done on which model you can figure out, but on which model is more suitable for your application.

Why do you say the results are not good? What results are you getting? Please post some images and your CCL.
