Hi, guys:
I have known that when we use mass source, if the continuity source is negative (a mass sink), the values we specify will be ignored by the solver, and local solution variables will be used as shown in Mass (Continuity) Sources in the CFX-Solver Theory Guide Ch1.8.3. Mass (Continuity) Sources: https://www.sharcnet.ca/Software/Ans.../i1300172.html May I know what is the definition of the 'local solution'? Is it the value at current time step? For example, in 1st order implicit time scheme, at time step n, will the 'local solution' be the variable value at time step n or time step n+1? When the simulation is running the iterations will the 'local solution' vary with the iterations? And how can we express this 'local solution' in the CCL in CFX-Pre Thank you very much! |

local solution = control volume value at the current iteration
