Hi all,

I usually use Fluent which gives you the coeff of drag and coeff of lift. But when I use CFX, it doesn't display their values. Can someone please explain me where to visualize the Cl and Cd in CFX?

Thank you.

Define an expression which evaluates Cl and Cd. Then you can display the result of the expression any way you like.

Same way - define an expression which evaluates it, and then send the results of that expression to a monitor point so you can monitor it as the simulation progresses.

You can also do this in post processing using the turbo macro in CFD-Post. This allows more complex analysis, but is done in post-processing.
