Is it possible to simulate phase change of water from liquid in to vapor using ANSYS CFX?

Yes. Have a look at the CFX tutorials for basic examples, but for this sort of thing you probably want more specific examples. You can get these from ANSYS support.

thank you friend
i set water in liquid state as contineous and the vapor as dispersed
i am using thermal phase change in cfx and iread cfx help
so that i used Ranz - Marchall for contineous
Nusselt number=1000 for vapor
