At present i am trying flow driven analysis( Turbine is rotated by fluid motion) to estimate performance of vertical axis Darrieus turbine in ANSYS CFX/ANSYS Fluent. But i am unable to perform. Is FSI is needed for analysis? I am NOT concerned about deformation of turbine blade. so I am taking turbine as rigid body.

Do not model this with FSI. Do not model this with rigid bodies. Use a rotating frame of reference. Examples of how to do this are in the CFX tutorials, all the rotor/stator cases.

A lot of people are making this mistake. I think we should write an FAQ on this.

Look at Help -> Tutorial
and then you have the choice of many of them with stator/rotor or just rotor, compressor/turbine, axial/radial...
just pick one that describe the best your simulation ^^
