Extract geometry and mesh from a cfx file

Hi,
I only have a cfx file(.cfx) and I need to make some changes to the geometry. How can I extract geometry and mesh from the cfx file? Thanks |

In ICEM you can open a .res or .def file for example under the option "Import Mesh"
