convert data to excel?

hello everyone. i have some problem with this cfx. im trying to create water flow in the pipe by this cfx. when i get the result, there are no value of water flow rate given. im newbie here. somebody pliss help me. aim for me make this design is to measure water flow rate. can the data result be convert to excel? whats mean by the graph in figure below?

Load the result in CFD-Post and use the calculator with a function like massflow()@outlet or something like that. This will give the mass flow rate out the outlet boundary.
