Hi all,
I am running a LES case. While running the simulation, solver crashed (not related to model failure, a server repair). So I started with a backup file. There I can see now rms wallscale is not monitoring. I used same .def file and nothing changed except used .bak file for initial results. Can anybody say what is the wrong with this? Thanks.. |

Once wallscale reaches convergence it stops monitoring while the rest of the simulation continues. Sometimes it won't even start if it has already been converged in the previous run.

The wallscale equation solves the distance from the element to the nearest wall. Once calculated it does not need to be calculated again.
