i want to form a stator .but when i put in the profile ,it gives a warn:
"WARNING
First blade profile is not defined as a hub tip and is too far (0.0945101 of span) from the
hub for reliable surface intersection.Surface extension factor will be adjusted accordingly, however application may become unreliable.
ERROR
Last blade profile is not defined as a shroud tip and is too far (0.858225 of span) from the
shroud for reliable intersection. Must be at least 0.858235 of span. "

i tried some ways ,but can't solve it .Can anybody help me about this question ?thank you!

Default redefine hub coordinates with blade profile at 0% of span coordinates

Hi,

I think your blade profile at 0% of span is not corresponding to yourhub profile.
Do you try to redefine the hub profile in using the blade profile at 0% of span coordinates? and use 100% of span blade profile coordinates to redefine the shroud coordinates? (plus coordinates to define inlet and outlet domains)
I think my problem is similar:
Surfaces Blade_1_tr_low and Blade_1_sh_tip_rot do not intersect.

Keep me in the loop

Hello dear Michael, it depend on the way you generate the flow path. Have you watched my tutorials about turbomachinery? I avoided these kinda problems by following a specific procedure.

Sometimes it comes from the dimensions of the machine in turbogrid. You have to take a look at them and see if they are identical to the dimensions you want or not. I face this problem before posting my videos on YouTube.
Danke!
