Hi,
i have done an analysis of flow over backward facing step. The results behave as follows

Here is what I do not understand, the cp results seem ok. But the cf results are diverge drastically.

In case of cf the problem lies with wall shear!
What do u guys suggest??

Check the definition of CF. There are many different definitions of parameters like this so before you go any further make absolutely sure that you are comparing the correct thing.

Thnx ghorrocks.

I used wall shear x instead of wall shear and the results are much better.
Thank you
