Hello,
I'd be happy if someone had any experience with this matter. I am using ANSYS with an academic license for my work. As we pay for customer service and support, I have been asking questions about the methods that I am using. Recently, I got a message from the expert in Ansys, who I have been asking my questions; he said the academic service pay is low for the company compared to the industry, and he asked to be a co-author in the paper as he provided a high level of help in his opinion. I wanted to know if he has the right to ask this . what is your opinion? i think it shouldn't be a matter with an employee that academic pay less or more for the license, and his job is providing this support no matter is simple or hard. I would be thankful if anyone know about this. |
