Flow field is not conformal, how to fix it?

Hey everyone,
As the fig.1 shows, there is a obvious boundary in the flow field. Fig.2 is the mesh I used. They are two bodies but they are conformal actually. I wonder how to make Fluent recognize them as a whole without merging them in DesignModeler. Thanks a lot in advance SongX |

In Design Modeler, select all bodies, right click, and "create part". This multibody part will share nodes on the interfaces, acting as one meshed body.
Without doing this it just meshes the three bodies as completely separate bodies, and if you click on a line or face, there will be two lines or faces there, one for each body. If you create part, there will only be a single line or face in between the parts, not two. |
