Resolved: Problem using Remote Desktop MobaXterm (black screen)

I am writing this post as a solution for those who use MobaXterm to access a PC remotely where after the installation of ANSYS 2020 the graphical interface screen remained black. The solution was found by going to the MobaXterm settings in the X11 section and putting in openGL accelerations None

I hope to be of help to anyone like me who has been battling with this prob for days
