Error Object: () Error: cx-enable-item: wta[1](Widget) Error Object: #f When select calculate in part of set up, seen it. And then second error when close window set up seen it. Hey did you resolve the problem?
I have now exactly the same I dont now what to do. Because this hapend I do not know what to do, because this happens only for some models. The same model, does not deliver said error, but if you change it folder, then if you deliver it It's strange It also does in old models that used to work well |

My project on shell and tube type condenser. In simularion choose Eulerian two phase model with k-e turbulent model. For cold water inlet give mass flow rate inlet condition and pressure outlet. Hot fluid also give mass flow inlet and pressure outlet condition. Here in condenser inlet and inside vacuum pressure so , at inlet given initial gauge pressure given -91000pa and outlet gauge pressure given -95000pa.
When I start Simulation (steady state), happens this :

First error :
Error: Cortex received a fatal signal (unrecognized signal). Error Object: () Then start the simulation again without problems, but throw this message previously: Error: cx-enable-item: wta[1](Widget) Error Object: #f Finaly , when the calculation finish without problems, or when I stop it, second Error: Error: cx-show-item: wta[1](Widget) Error Object: # Please give some suggestion..thank you. I'm sorry, I don't know.
You can try another way and use of UDF, maybe solve this error. |

Hi All,
I get this error in fluent. I am using a UDF to define temperature time dependance as a boundary condition. Error: cx-show-item: wta[1](Widget) Error Object: #f I cannot understand what it is. Also, my UDF does not calculate the required temperature profile after few time steps |

Error: Cortex received a fatal signal (unrecognized signal). Error Object: () and at the end of the calculations I got the Cortex error. WHat I did was interpreting the udf again, this time no error while initialising and at the end of calculation !!! Strange But solved |

Hi all
I was able to resolve this issue by starting the fluent case file using the windows SDK command prompt Goodluck! |

Solved this error by slightly changing mesh

I changed zero settings in fluent, merely changed by 503,000ish element mesh to a 507,000ish element mesh - a tiny tweek - and the error went away and the calculation proceeded correctly, as within 1 second of calculated flow time my thrust values were within 5% of industry thrust data from APC prop.
