Hello,
Tutorial for a simple cyclone simulation using ICEM CFD and ANSYS FLUENT: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dalhTs4-0-c A beginner tutorial, which I did for my master thesis. I only have a CFD experience of five months. Still I hope that this tutorial will help some students new to CFD. My intention was to show the whole cyclone simulation process, starting with a CAD Model and ending with the fractional separation efficiency/total pressure drop. Additionally I show how to create a simple cyclone animation. //Sorry for my English. But doing this tutorial in German seemed kind of pointless. |

This is a good video. For more information, can you show the details for solution methods for this simulation?

Hello, Your Tutorial was Great!
but in time 14:41 of your movie. It seems an Important break. your block in time 14:40 is a bit different from that of 14:42. I did your tutorial, but after lots of effort, I could reach your result at 14:40, but I could not reach what is shown at 14:42... Can you please explain?? Thanks a lot for your helps |

Your tutorial was really helpful. I followed your step and trying to Transfer the mesh into Fluent. But there are Errors happen. Could I ask if we Need some Special attentions in converting the mesh to Fluent (I have fluent v6)? Thank you Best Regards |
