Hey! I have done a geometry 3D with DM, now my teacher ask me to do 1/4 of geometry.. do you know if there is a tool to cut 3/4 of geometry or if I have to make again?
Thank you

Hi,
You can use the "Slice" tool to cut the geometry and keep the portion you want.

You can slice by plane (if the default planes are not right for the kind of cut you want, you will have to create a new one), or by surface.

Then DModeler will separate the geometry in several pieces (depending on the slice you will make) and you can keep the one you want.

You'll have to be careful though, when you mesh, and when you define your boundary conditions.

Does that answer your problem ?

you can also define symmetry planes to cut 1/4th by making 2 planes and 2 sym.
