Hello,
What kind of help do you need. Can you be more specific, what kind of mesh you want to create HEXA or Tetra. I have exp of both Hexa and tetra on full range aircrafts and chimera grids.
If you can be more specific the i can help you.

Hello jeevankumarb,

I'm currently trying to create hexa meshing for the train shape model. Before that, I need to specify my block into the shape but I couldn't associate edges onto the curves. Here is the model that I'm working on it.

Thanks in advance.

hello,
If you see in your Blocking Association tab Project to surface intersection is ticked on. just untick it then you can associate the edges to curves.

Thanks for your advice jeevankumarb. But, I'm still struggling to create a mesh around the train. As you can see on the picture, the model consists of lots of lines which confuses me the way of associating.

In the picture, the model doesn't associate with any line at all. I just wanted to see the model in the simplest style after i put some mesh. Do you have any suggestion of how I simply create a mesh around the train?

Thanks.

Berkay

I hope you went through the tutorials for Hexa meshing.
You edges are not properly associated to curves, that's why the mesh lines are allover. can you upload your tetin and blocking file so that i can have a look what mistake you are doing.

Regards
Jeevan

Yes, I've wathed the hexa meshing tut. plus made an example by using pipe. But this shape is quite complex, i guess.

I've uploaded the file into the rapidshare as its size is about 15mb. I'll send a PM to the link.

Thanks for your help jeevankumarb!

Regards.
Berkay

bluebase will become famous soon enough
This is thread is years old.

Be less lazy and a bit smarter.

Use a web search of your choice to find what you need.

E.g. try grabcad.
