Hello everybody,
does anybody know, whether it's possible to convert a *.msh file into a *.stl file and backwards (since I am using FLUENT for my simulations)? I created a mesh using Gambit and want to edit it using another kind of software which cannot import *.msh files. Unfortunately I cannot export the file as *.stp, *.igs etc. due to a nonreal geometry. Is there maybe any freeware that I can use to convert a *.msh into a *.stl file and backwards? Thanks a million, Lilly |

You can also use icemcfd. Import the msh into icem and select the appropriate stl output. Hope it helps.
