The octree tetra process is "top down" and requires a geometry that is closed (at least relative to the mesh size). At one point in the process, it does a flood fill to determine containment (so it can separate inside from outside). If there is a hole some where, then this separation is not possible and it gives you the opportunity to fix it by closing the hole at the mesh level. Look for a connection of yellow edges (single edges) representing the hole. You can fix it with mesh edit tools here or you can go back and fix the geometry in that area and run the mesher again.

Look up "Octree" or "Flood fill" in the help for more details.

My geometry is having one pipe and over that pipe there are nos of small patches.I have to apply heat source over that patches and have to find the temperature reach over that pipe circumference.

SO the pipe size is 900 mm and the patch size is 0.2 mm so the main problem is mesh size variation.the part meshing is done and the mesh has scaled with factor 20.As there are 17 patches over the pipe.I have created bodies for 17 patches and for pipe material and for fluid domain inside pipe.

After meshing the geometry says you have hole in geometry

I am getting very depressed ! I have tried a lot !

Plz help me out !
