ICEM-Extrude mesh by rotation

Hello,
I am trying to extrude 2d mesh with rotation in ICEM.
I want top surface of extruded mesh to be rotated by 15 degrees with respect to original 2d elements and 5 mm away (translated) from it. I have used spacing 0.5,angle per layer 1.5 and no. of layers 10. But I could not get rotation angle of 15 degrees. I have also tried using angle in radians in angle per layer tab. Angle of rotation depends on spacing also.
Please explain how it works.

I've never done it. But maybe you can extrude the block without any rotation. And then, rotate the end points of the block.
