I am simulating Fuel cell, the thickness of catalyst layer is only 0.01mm, which can be set up successfully in DesignModeler, but when the geometry is transfered into Ansys Meshing in Workbench, the two parallel lines of one face of the catalyst layer become crossed, and the face is destroyed, moreover, it will be OK if the two lines distance is more than 0.02mm. Could someone tell me how to do to simulate 0.01mm catalyst layer smoothly? Thanks!
