Hi! I am trying to create meshing of a 2D rectangular plate with a hole inside. I used size facing and mesh refinement and obtained the following results. I need to generate rectangular mesh. How can I do this?

Your mesh looks good, though I don't know what you intend to simulate. Why not using it?
By rectangular mesh, you mean structured mesh? There is a nice example of how to create such a mesh in openfoam site: http://www.openfoam.com/documentatio...#x6-380002.2.1 One could do the same procedure in DesignModeler and ANSYS meshing |
