where as CFX can handle structured mesh.

Μy problem is that I have to simulate a part of centrifugal impeller by Fluent and I make the mesh by blocking. Ι can see the pre-Mesh...But I can't export... I have to convert it ?

yes. Pre - Mesh - Convert to unstructured mesh. this will produce hexa mesh.

Then Output> Solver ansys fluent - Apply proper boundary conditions - export.

Mouse Right click on Pre- mesh , you will see convert to unstructured mesh.
