Hello!
I am using ANSA v25.0.1 and I want to create the prism layers with a first layer height of 0.001 mm. It seems that the extra fine tolerance is limited to 0.0032 mm. Is there any way to reduce that value? Thanks in advanced! |

Hi,
Maybe a workaround would be to use scaling when you output your mesh? So you make your mesh with 1 mm layers and then export with a scaling? Just a thought, Tom |

Hello!
I appreciate a lot your answer! I think that it could work, it has sense in my mind, but I know that it can be done. In the v24 I was able to perform meshes with a first layer of 0.001 mm. Thanks! |

Hello again!
I found the solution and I want to share it with the ANSA forum. To be able to start growing with a first layer height of 0.001 mm, option "Minimum first layer height" should be deactivated. |
