The Computational Physics & Data Science Research Group at the Hangzhou 
International Innovation Institute, Beihang University invites applications for 
postdoctoral positions in Sonic Boom Prediction for Supersonic Vehicles.

Position Details:
Duration: Full-time for two years
Salary: 320,000 – 400,000 RMB per year based on the candidate’s expertise
Number of Position: 2 Positions
Teaching Duties: None

Desired profile
1. You have defended your Ph. D thesis less than 3 years from the date of this 
job offer.
2. Ph.D in Aeroacoustics, Aerodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Aircraft Design etc.
3. Proficient in high-fidelity computation and prediction of Sonic Boom.
4. Publish at least two articles about Sonic Boom in international authoritative 
journals as the first or corresponding author.
5. Proficient in developing computational fluid dynamics and acoustics codes 
rather than commercial softwares.
