A postdoc fellow/visitor position may become available (depending on funding 
availability) at City College, the City University of New York (CUNY), in Fall 
24 or Spring 25, and we would like to collect CVs in advance. The successful 
candidate will develop new and enhance existing flow models for coastal 
ocean flows and fluid-structure interaction.
 
The candidate should be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and have
 
 *  PhD with experience in developing CFD/coastal flow models 
 *  Extensive coding experience using Fortran, Python, and C/C++ 
 *  Solid background in both mathematics and engineering

Additionally, experience with OpenFOAM and ocean models (e.g., FVCOM, ROMS) is 
welcome.
