The Simulations team within Product Technology (PT) is looking for a dynamic, 
intellectually curious, team-oriented individual to drive simulation adoption, 
thermo-flow CFD focused. You will be part of a team that drives digital 
transformation in developing, structuring and integrating the use of simulations 
in the product creation process, with the goal to develop better product at a 
faster pace, more efficiently and committed to quality.
We’re looking for a Simulation CFD Simulation Expert to join us on our journey.

What you'll do:
The Simulations adoption expert will be driving global, cross-product lines and 
cross-function initiatives; the key objectives are:
adopt the most effective and efficient thermo-flow CFD technologies and 
methodologies;
securing systematic adoption of validated Simulation methods in product 
development;
growing best-in-class competence in simulation adoption, CFD-focused, within the 
simulation community.

In detail, you will:
Execute & coordinate key projects & initiatives to maximize the impact of 
simulation adoption
Autonoumsly plan, execute and supervise simulations adoption test plans 
activities in close cooperation with relevant leadership and reference person in 
R&Ds, PT, DT, GME.
Contribute to adopt SPDM (Simulation Process & Data Management: PLM, DOE, 
optimization and statistical analysis)
Contribute to the validation of new simulation technologies and definition of 
Simulation Technology Road Map (TRM): Create, validate, use and deploy of CFD 
models (fast, accurate, reliable and affordable) to improve technology and 
speed-up product development
Develop & maintain guidelines, simulation specifications to develop Simulation 
test book
Lead continuous improvement routines & initiatives
Build and maintain relevant internal and external networks
Provides regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders
Asses Intellectual Property scenarios and opportunities for protection

Who you are:
MA required, PhD or similar qualification as a plus (one of engineering fields: 
thermoflow, mechanical, electronic, aerospace, physics or similar)
More than 10 years experience, 3 years in a senior role with demonstrated track-
of history (e.g. value-adding projects, technologies put in production, etc.)
Deep knowledge of simulation tools technologies (eg: Siemens-Simcenter STAR-
CCM+, Altair-Hyperworks, 3DS-3D experience, Ansys, ESI, Comsol, Optimization SW, 
others)
Proficiency in CAD design is a plus (CATIA-V5, SolidWorks, Creo, …)
Very good English spoken and written
Advanced competence specific skills & experience:
- CFD-Thermoflow to include transient, humid air management, multi-physics, 
particles flow
- at least 2 other simulation tech domains (SPDM, FEM, Formability, System 
model, EMAG, Reduce Order Model, others)

This is a full-time position, based in Porcia (Italy) or Curitiba (Brazil), 
working in an inspiring environment with fun and ambitious colleagues.
