plot3d multiblock structured grid format

Dear friends:
I out put a multiblock file in a plot3d format from icemcfd.
Could you please give me some infors about the connectivity between blocks in the plot3d file. what is the meaning of these numbers.
I only can deduce from my grid that grid block 2 and grid block 6 are neighbors.

-6 -6 -6 -2
