hello, I conducted a 2-D simulation on ansys fluent and wrote the case and data files, the files were saved in (.dat.h5) and (.cas.h5) format. I cannot select more than one file, and I am unable to load the data in tecplot because it requires an SDS file.
If there is some other way to utilize these files to load my animation, then kindly answer that as well. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated. |

I've not heard of cas.h5 and dat.h5 requiring an SDS file before. Are you able to share your data with our support staff (support@tecplot.com) so we can investigate?
Thanks, Scott |

Good morning Mr. Wsfowler,
I thank you for replying to my post, I learned that these files are specific to the results module (CFD Post) of Ansys and hence I computed and processed my results from the aforementioned module. Warm Regards. |
