New variable cannot be plotted

My case is caculated in openfoam and post-progress in tecplot.
I want to take a spanwise-average of the case, so a few slices are made and the new variable is caculated as shown in the picture. Here is the problem: the new variable can't be plot as the other variable(pressure,velocity). It seems that although the new variable is caculated sucessfully(as shown of ②&③ in picture ), the data of every cell is still 0 This problem has troubled me for last several days and I hope it can be resolved. Hello 01Mania, please see the picture attached.
The extracted slice *zone* is not being shown right now. Only the slice from the last slice that was extracted. The slice needs to be turned off and the contour layer turned on for zone 228. If you need further assistance, please contact Tecplot support at support@tecplot.com. Best Regards! |
