Default How can I change the display range of the circle

Hello friends!
I insert a circle(click insert-circle) in the tecplottec.PNG . How can I change the display range of the circle . e.g.I want to display only a quarter of it . I click plot-blanking ,but I found it can't change it . How can I do?
